MetricDescription
Collateral ValueTotal USD value of deposited collateral

Health FactorCollateral / (Borrowed × Liquidation Threshold)
Available to BorrowRemaining borrowing capacity
Health Factor < 1 = Liquidation RiskMonitor your health factor. If it drops below 1, your position can be liquidated.

Auto Features in Advanced Mode

Unlike Easy Mode, auto features are off by default in Advanced Mode.

Enabling Auto Rollover (Lenders)

When enabled:
  1. At maturity, a new lend order is automatically placed
  2. Rate is set to current market rate (configurable)
  3. Same maturity period as original position
  4. New CBT issued for new position
Configuration options:
  • Rate tolerance: Accept rates within X% of market
  • Maturity: Same as original or specify new duration
  • Maximum rollovers: Limit automatic renewals

Enabling Auto Refinance (Borrowers)

When enabled:
  1. At maturity, loan automatically renews
  2. Matches at best available rate
  3. Same loan amount continues
  4. Collateral remains locked
Configuration options:
  • Rate ceiling: Maximum rate you’ll accept
  • Maturity: Same as original or specify new duration
  • Collateral top-up threshold: Auto-add collateral if needed

Order Management

Modifying Orders

Before your order is matched:
  • Cancel: Remove order from book, funds returned
  • Modify rate: Change your desired rate
  • Modify amount: Increase or decrease order size

Partial Fills

Orders can be partially filled:
  • Large orders may match with multiple counterparties
  • You receive CBT for each partial fill
  • Remaining unfilled portion stays in order book
Example:
  • You place 100,000 USDC lend order at 8%
  • 60,000 USDC matches immediately
  • 40,000 USDC remains as open order

Advanced Strategies

Spread orders across multiple rates to improve fill probability:
  • 25,000 USDC @ 8.5% (aggressive)
  • 25,000 USDC @ 8.0% (market)
  • 25,000 USDC @ 7.5% (conservative)
  • 25,000 USDC @ 7.0% (patient)
Benefit: Balances immediate execution with rate optimization
Spread across different maturities for liquidity management:
  • 25,000 USDC for 30 days
  • 25,000 USDC for 60 days
  • 25,000 USDC for 90 days
  • 25,000 USDC for 180 days
Benefit: Regular liquidity events while maintaining exposure
Exploit rate differences across maturities:
  • If 30-day rates are higher than 90-day rates (inverted curve)
  • Consider shorter maturities with auto rollover
  • Capture higher short-term rates repeatedly
Benefit: Optimize returns based on term structure

When to Use Advanced Mode

Use Advanced Mode

  • Need a specific rate (e.g., minimum 10%)
  • Need a specific maturity (e.g., exactly 180 days)
  • Want manual control over rollovers
  • Building algorithmic or institutional strategies
  • Want to see and interact with order book

Consider Easy Mode

  • Want hands-off fixed-rate exposure
  • Don’t care about exact rate (within reason)
  • Prefer automatic position management
  • New to fixed-rate lending

API Access

Advanced Mode functionality is available via API for programmatic trading:
import { Centuari } from '@centuari/sdk';

const client = new Centuari({ chainId: 42161 });

// Place advanced lend order
await client.lend({
  asset: 'USDC',
  amount: '100000',
  rate: 0.085,           // 8.5% APY
  maturity: '2025-06-01', // Specific date
  autoRollover: false,    // Manual control
  orderType: 'limit'
});
